Seriously, it's basic tier with direcTv. Can you get direcTv in Victoria? They've got a killer deal right now--whole home dvr with a main box that records 5 channels at a time and holds 600 hours of HD programming (more in SD), up to 3 more rooms with boxes, and free installation of the one small dish required, the main box to the internet and the installation of a wireless sub-network for the rest of your boxes. You only have to sign up for one year at level 2 that runs about $39/month. You also get free HBO, Showtime and Starz for 3 months free. Initial cost to you, -0-.
