He wasn't drafted with any intention of him being the starter, so no, he's still a backup even if they are forced to play him

they'll cut Grossman and have a few mil to spend somewhere else next year. I'll take Cousins and a new DB over a retread backup every time, cause nobody can step in for an elite QB anyway.
