Canada in June and then the last 3 races. All live, which is proably one reason the other 16 will be on cable.

The last two are the races in Texas and Brazil.
And it was mentioned after the race that the two Brits will be going to NBC.
Formula 1 mandated that all races be shown live (though there will also be re-airs of at least some races), and that qualifying also be shown. As well as the podium and interviews.
NBC is also planning on streaming all races live.
