It appears some dude has just used my gmail address to sign up for Faceboook, Ebay, and Tumblr accounts, should I be worried?

I've received confirmation e-mails from all of them in the past couple of days.

Facebook, I was able to click "I didn't do this" and report it, but the others don't give me that option in the confirmation message.
