I think Carolina wins for overall disappointment in terms of fantasy expectations.

Steve Smith has scored 1 TD. The RB situation has been even messier than I expected. And Cam has been okay but not great in terms of fantasy. Relative to expectations, their best fantasy player this season is Greg Olsen.
