J ....sales went up after Walking Dead 100...here's what happens with sales...

after a trade is release and people catch up. Sales on the individual issues have gone up each and every time. Vol. 17 came out and goes up to 102. We orderd VERY heavy on issue 103 and I am almost out now.

As for where they are in the show compared to the comic, they are around issue 25 or so in comparison to the series....
