they say that even with several hundred MILLION tickets being sold mostly random quickpicks, only 85-90% of all combos are bought

but I don't see that many more buying to double the current amount, for one thing, a lot of folks that are buying a lot more tickets than normal have already stretched their budgets, emptied out their cash stash, mad money.
