is partly why I wonder if I will ever bother with relationships. I remember watching my friends date and break up as teenagers and being appalled by the pain that was caused by it all.

I think I've been putting up walls ever since.

(sorry for the 'look at me' tangent. Just something I've been pondering more lately)
