and we were in the midst of a little tiff. I was in pain from my leg, the therapist wasn't listening to me and then all of a sudden that horrible Enrique Iglesias song "Hero" came on. I swear to God - that song must have went on for an hour. I remember lying on the table close to tears and feeling even worse than necessary because that crappy tune with that crappy 'singing' would not. friggin'. end.

that endless hot mess of a pop hit was probably karma for not doing enough at-home exercises and pissing mel off ever so slightly.

we ended up laughing about it later.
