reading self help books that reassure me that it's for the best. knowing the five stages of grief, so i know what's behind me and know what to expect. turning my focus 100% inward and all the great things that can come out of that. *freedom*. seriously. knowing that if you're not a match, you're just not a match, and that's no one's fault. but also learning more about who may *be* your match.
the worst thing about break ups is dreading a break up so much that you avoid it at all costs. that's when regret comes into play, at least for me. the best things for you are often the hardest things to get through; but it makes you better and stronger.
