Hell, let the Bakers do it, for all I know. In every large org I've been a part of, it's not actually the managers who know how and were the assets are anyway. It's the lower level folks who tell the upper level guys.
If the FDIC can come in and unwind/liquidate a bank in weekend, perhaps we need an arm of the Consumer protection agency (or something) to be able to come in an liquidate a corp, rather than reward the executives who can't keep their corporation afloat.
