Top Chef spoilerific comments

With the consecutive week elims of the two biggest dark horse threats, Stefan is now a lock to win. IMO the remaining challengers rank for 2nd place is as follows:

Fabio
Carla/Hosea
Leah

Fabio is the only other candidate that could win without it seeming like a sham.

Carla has turned it up a notch and Hosea seems to be stumbling, which puts them on the same tier. Neither has shown consistency worthy of victory.

Leah should have been eliminated already.

Admittedly, this is my first season with this show, so I don't know things typically pan out and how wacky things get towards the end, but I've read that TC is the least "reality drama" kind of show out there. I've also read that Stefan is the challenge-winningest chef in the show's history. Wouldn't TC undermine its own credibility if someone else won?
