The biggest thing I learned is to look at the radar every 2 seconds and keep an eye out for the red dots.

When I am near someone, I start pushing every button furiously (and consecutively! ha!) trying to elbow someone in the back of the head.

You have the skill but the game is tough to get the hang of if you don't play first person shooter games often.
