I totally get this. But there's nothing for the other person to "work out." They cheated for 1/3 of your marriage on you.

It's one thing if it's something you can both work on. For the rest of your relationship, YOU are going to live with someone you can't ever trust again.
Again, it's not a 1 night or 1 week lie. It's a 3 year lie.
Adding the health risks...
It would be a tough decision, that's for sure.
