Parenthood spoiler question

Originally Hattie was kept in the dark re: Christina's cancer spreading. I know she and Adam lied to her so she'd go back to school. Was she ever told the truth? I must have missed if she was. Since she saw Christina in the hospital, she must know now, but I didn't know if there was another reveal somehow.
