Not sure if this counts, but we just took a big ole tub of books down to the library and donated them.

they don't stock them, they have a book sale and sell them. *shrugs*
Not too long ago, our boys gave their old bikes to a couple of Cub Scouts who had their bikes stolen...so that was pretty awesome.
