One of my work computers keeps losing its internet signal, tho another PC on the same modem and router is unaffected.

When I bounce the router, the signal comes back, but only for a couple minutes, then dies again. Bad router?
Earlier the computer gave me a message about "another computer on the network has registered the same IP address" or something.
