for me it's writing and the creative process. but that's spilled over into my non-writing life too. i liken it most to zen, in that i just try not to think about it, but just be it. David Milch has a bunch of great lectures on writing in faith at theideaofthewriter.blogspot.com for me, his notions make a lot of sense
