They already won the PR war vs Obama on this issue. It only hurts them if by Sept 2010, the economy is recovering strong.

if it's still in the toilet; they're going to clean up in the mid-term elections. Their opposition is not unlike going all-in in poker. if it works, it's a huge swing; if it fails, it's disaster.
