ok ST computer / internet geeks.... how hard is it to set up a website and how hard is it to get...

advertisors, etc. to put ads on your site, etc. ...

like, if i wanted to set up something for fun but get some revenue flowing, how hard a process am i looking at? is it worth it for a small time internet junkie like myself to go thru?
