A house in a neighborhood we alwasy liked is up for short sale.

The description of it was, "House sold as is." When I emailed her about it, the reply was, "It's a short sale. There's nothing wrong with it per se, at least as far as I know. I advise having any house checked thoroughly before purchasing."
This leads me to believe it's got a black hole in the basement and has occasional issues with gargoyles.
