Take away the guns is the best solution. I don't care if it's the hardest.

If you can find one that is fast, easy and doable, that isn't take away the guns, then great, I'll sign up for that.
But the fact is, adding more guns to the equation does nothing, but thrown money at the problem without fixing anything.
