Oh, indeed. However, when it comes to getting my software 'activated', the user forums provide a bit of empathy at best.

Two weeks after purchase, after scanning and emailing receipts and serial numbers and shit (days ago), I get a friendly email this morning saying they *may* have time to address my concern after the holidays.
