...shows a truck for a moment, then the guy is cleaning a toilet without a shirt on.

It makes no sense to me. Who is it aimed at? Women who want a buff guy to iron and clean and never wear a shirt? What does that have to do with trucks. Is the guy a pedophile who likes 6 month old girls, because the dress is tiny.
