Anyone have any game recommendations for the Steam sale?

I should be shopping for a Christmas gift for my gf but I'm so lost and frustrated that I'm just going to go with the crappy ideas she gave me.
She wants a french press and a new toaster oven. That's crap! They're not fun gifts. I hate practical gifts like clothes and household items.

UGH!!!

Time to go search Steam for something that looks fun and will allow me to put off my responsibilities even longer.
