I asked them to do two things - winter tires & a small inspection to make sure it was in tip top shape. They did the latter, but the former was a fiasco.

Plus sides of the fiasco: now I know what it's like to try and remote work from burger king, and today I got a lot of exercise pushing Kieran around while they rebalanced tires.

Today was a pretty good day, in fact.
