That's disappointing. Been using Firefox for Netflix at work because it does full screen while Chrome does not. But neither crashes. Tech support...

Uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Reboot. Then re-install it (just go to Netflix and it will prompt you to install). Netflix uses Silverlight on the desktop, not Flash.
