studded tires are allowed in winter months with dates set/adjusted according to conditions of the season

and we have chewed up, rutted streets and freeways because of it, its really hard to drive a small car because one wheel is riding the slope of the rut and you kinda wobble up and down side to side.
and in the rain you can see two trougths/streams of water in each lane
