I haven't, only because by the time I'd logged in he'd gotten a good jump on pillaging me. Best I can tell he waited about a day and a half and then

Attacked me.
Had he not gone into dick mode so readily I would have had no problem doing so.
And yes, I've currently got my Drill Sergeants and shipbuilders working overtime so I can, eventually retaliate.
