I have 8 or 9 CTs with LUX players, only cyrus the newbie who took over an account of a Gimp member has done so wholesale, so I'm not think precursor,

I'm thinking he doesn't realize how hard it is to get CTs when most players already have their museums as big as they play to build and no more colonies, but he wants to curry favor with his new overlords.
