Sure, it sucks. But we all know the rules about lost and stolen luggage. JetBlue has no obligation to pay anything and the only reason they're not paying out something is because of the PR. If you get robbed, you tell the cops and file an insurance claim. I'm sure JetBlue is investigating internally, but they owe you nothing.
