yes - made a standing rib roast for the first time. Turned out great!

also - for anyone considering roasting a smaller bird I heartily suggest Perdue Oven Stuffer Roast Chicken in a Bag. It comes pre-seasoned and cooks up very evenly and perfectly. It was so easy to make I was nervous I forgot something. And it provides wonderful drippings for pan gravy. Turned out moist and delicious with no basting or fuss.
