My ex has to have the "No more driving talk" with her mom

I went over to my ex's for dinner last night (mostly to see my mother-in-law who lost her husband in July and she is kinda my mom since my mom died so many year ago)

My ex went to pick her up on Sunday down in San Jose (about 200 miles away) because she didn't want her mom to drive that far. But they took mom's car back from San Jose to Chico so mom could drive from Oxford Suites to my ex's house (only 2 miles away).

Well, when I got over to my ex's house last night, the garage door had a big dent in it and was almost off. It seems mom had hit the gas instead of the brake when pulling into the ex's driveway
