This recipe couldn't be easier. Line a crockpot with sliced onions, throw in a couple of pieces of pork cushion, pour
over a can of root beer. Cook on low for 9 or 10 hours.
The recipe called for shredding it, adding BBQ sauce and putting it back in the crockpot for a few hours.
I didn't bother with that - just shredded it into a container, poured over the sauce and refrigerated it overnight. I'll divide it into single serving baggies and freeze.
