Beaker, my root beer pulled pork recipe: One onion, one red bell pepper, 24 oz rootbeer ("higher end" like Teddy's, IBC, etc.), and Sweet Bubba Rays

BBQ sauce.
Put the pork shoulder, sliced onion, sliced bell pepper, and 12 oz (or however much it takes to fill the crock pot 1/2 - 3/4 full). Let cook on low for between 8-10 hours on low. Drain the pork shoulder, and shred it. Mix it up with the BBQ sauce, adding about 2-3 oz of rootbeer into it, and then cook for about another hour.
