With all due respect to Krusty, and anyone else affected by Sandy, perhaps if Reid and the Senate hadn't loaded up the Relief bill with ridiculous

pork it might have gotten a vote (and passage) much sooner.
150 Million for Alaskan fisheries???
Perhaps some of the outrage should be focused on Reid, et al...
