A lot of lounges you can get into for around $50 for the day, many/most including free wifi and at least some free alcohol and snacks (varies by lounge) plus better/more comfortable/quieter space than the terminal.

Unfortunately, Narita is really really far from Tokyo proper. You could go in, but you'd need to allot around 90 minutes each way.
