I'm so relieved they didn't accept our offer on the house.

Not particularly relieved about not having to buy it. It's a nice house and we can afford it. Just glad that the whole process is over. Now we wait it out. Every month, we have more money for a down payment, and that house price drops. They think we've hit bottom. Good luck with that.
