And this bill was *only* to fund the National Flood Insurance claims that the government is obligated to fund. The rest of the bill is being nitpicked to death by a bunch of gd teabaggers. You have to love the fact that the biggest naysayers are the same dudes that begged for (and got) relief funds for Katrina, tornado damage, and the awful flooding in the midwest. God, what a bunch of assholes.
