towns in the upper 20's low 30s means more cits per town, plus a few futures and wine presses

you pretty much need a wine press to run a town in the 30's
future 5 means 100 more cits per town times 10 towns
future 5 army and navy means 10% less cost
save gold so you can run negative cash flow which I'm doing now at 110k per hour not quite 3m gold per day
