carry on a FB conversation for a bit (few days?) or just ask her to hang out.

I believe she knows I am interested in her.

My name is Igor (Don't mind the silly facebook name). I am ____ friend.
(side note, my current FB name is Ee..go..r (no dots) in an effort to hide facebook for resident programs)
