Well, more like 3-4 yards.

Since it would have been half the distance to the goal.
While I don't think it should have been a penalty, I have seen flags when the helmet hits the facemask like in that play. I didn't think it should have been on those plays, either.
Of course, I'd be annoyed if the Ravens hadn't gotten the TD there.
