What proof do you have that he is/was involved?

On the one side we have an anonymous "80%" qoute.
On the other we have phone records, a receipt for flowers, the woman whose photo was used saying she believes Te'o was hoaxed, Te'o's bishop saying that he himself spoke to Kekua on the phone, and Ronaih himself apologizing to Te'o for the hoax.
So what's left, he lied out of embarrassment about whether he'd met the girl he fell in love with? Yup, exactly comparable to Vick killing dogs.
