we are essentially replacing all our disparate systems with a common family of systems. This is being managed by one overall team. That team is like a black-hole. It affects everything. This project is the largest of our organization and on scale with some nationally I think.

We've had two, separate, big personnel moves in less than 2 Hrs.

I feel like a RB who suddenly sees *alot* of daylight. I just need one more block and them I'm good for a First Down at least...maybe more.
