should be ok IF the rest of the pipe is insulated/protected inside, then ice has space to back up

We had this happen as the pipes run through outside wall with no insulation,
Next chill, open cabinettes and leave a slight drip in the water faucet and or put a space heater under for the night.
We had to break the wall board behind washer to access and wrap the pipe there.
Check the pipe as it thaws, keep a tub under, if it leaks you could fix yourself, plumbers would cost a couple hundred
Though i'd look under the house, is there a crawl space? Thats where the big trouble is found, we're lucky with a full heated basement.
