I'm having a hard time coming up with a valuable description. Easiest just to listen a bit. I've attached a review from Pitchfork of their album.

Check out some songs on youtube. It's kind of echoey guitars with almost a retro new wavey feel to me in some respects but is alsovery current alternative.
