issues with how they drilled the holes needed for the service, issues with service and equipment itself - multiple home visits over a couple of years now and multiple swaps of hardware after countless amounts of time trying various fixes during phone calls, the raise in price after the initial awesome deal, and more.

also, their on-demand is inferior to comcast, at least. in addition to more limited offerings, they have some shows that you can't *reverse* during playback - fast fwd is one thing, but that is just baffling.

Right now I have AT&T landline and DSL and DirecTV. The biggest possible draw to u-verse is the WiFi setup. - Meg Jan 25, 17:52 1
