I was in 8th grade. It was lunch. Some teacher came in and said there was a problem. I thought John C. finally got caught for being a rank idiot again but I could tell by the tone of the teacher's voice that something much larger was at issue. You know how when you here a shaken adult as a kid and you kind of don't know what to think? That's what I felt.
