YDC but I went to an invite-only Dem/Farewell to Clinton Event this weekend, where they discussed the 2012 elections and onward. Some summary inside.

The Texas project was discussed, and they mentioned that they have no hope that it will be in 2016, or really even 2020, but the main goal is to make it more competitive. Maybe make Senate/House a bit of a tough road, and get more of the Latino vote out. Basically they said that if a GOP candidate has to campaign there, it's a success.
GA/AZ: Two major goals for 2016. Arizona is more likely than GA, but they think both can happen.
Gay Marriage: Will be a huge push during 2013. From Hawaii, Colorado, Illinois, etc, they really want to get the number of states with it legal up. They know IL will be hard to pass, but most of the Obama campaign staffers will be spreading to cover these states as timely as possible.
Four republicans have already started exploratory committees and have already started to hire staff in case of a 2016 run.
Marco Rubio
Chris Christie
Bobby Jindal
Rick Perry (seriously)
Towards the end of the program, they showed a video highlighting Hillary, and her accomplishments. It ended with the a line to the effect of "and this is just the beginning..."
Consensus out of the event was that she s running (as if it wasn't obvious before). Also, to confirm a point I made a few months ago, a few of the high level staffers made comments about Biden running. They said "If Hillary runs, he won't."
Just some food for thought. :-)
