Even if it is the same dude...he was tried, convicted and sentenced...who the fuck are you, Pandora, to feel that he should be punished more?

Now, if you want to argue that probation wasn't enough...that's a different argument.
Also, I'd assume that this conviction also made him register as a sex offender...that's easy enough to confirm, if you really want to.
